- Account Data: Username, password (stored encrypted via SHA-256), and system interaction history (e.g., equipment borrowed, courts booked, concerns reported).

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate barangay operations and to provide you with the services offered through our system. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Verify your identity and confirm residency within Barangay Sta. Lucia.
- Process your requests for equipment borrowing, court reservations, and other barangay services.
- Manage and respond to official, community-related concerns or complaints you submit.
- Maintain an official registry of residents as required by local government mandates.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be disclosed under the following circumstances:
- To Authorized Personnel: Only authorized Barangay Officials and system administrators who require the information to perform their duties have access to your data.

- Emergency Situations: To protect the vital interests, safety, or security of our residents or the public.
4. Data Storage and Security
In compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards, we implement appropriate technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect your personal data:
- Passwords are cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) and never stored in plain text.
- Sensitive local data is encrypted using AES-GCM standards.
- Admin communications use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and explicit activity auditing.
- All web communications are enforced over secure HTTPS/TLS forms.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by corresponding Philippine laws and regulations governing local government records. When no longer needed, your data will be securely disposed of or anonymized.
